Everything you need to know about solar energy systems, installation processes, and technical details.

Yes, they do. Solar panels do not require direct sunlight; they work with daylight. Although production capacity drops on cloudy days (around 10-25%), the system continues to generate electricity. In winter, since the air is cold, the efficiency (conductivity) of the panels actually increases, but total production decreases because the day length is shorter.
The return on investment (ROI) period for an average residential or commercial solar energy system is approximately 4 to 6 years under current market conditions. This period may shorten further depending on electricity price increases. Considering that panels have a lifespan of 25+ years, the system provides you with "free" electricity for about 20 years.
Solar panels are very durable and require very little maintenance. Generally, rain is sufficient to clean the dust off the panels. However, to maximize efficiency, professional cleaning is recommended 1-2 times a year, especially in dry seasons or very dusty regions. As Aturion, we offer this service within our maintenance agreements.
Standard grid-connected (On-Grid) systems automatically shut down when the grid power is cut off for safety reasons (this is called "anti-islanding"). However, if you add a battery storage unit to your system, you can continue to power your home or business even during power outages.
Yes, certain permits such as a "Call Letter" from the electricity distribution company and suitability approval from the municipality are required. But don't worry! As Aturion Energy, we conduct all these legal application, project design, and approval processes on your behalf. Our "Turnkey" service covers these bureaucratic procedures.
The solar panels we use have a 25-year performance warranty (guaranteeing that production will not fall below 80%) and a 10-12 year product warranty from the manufacturer. The standard warranty period for inverters is usually 5-10 years. Additionally, as Aturion, we provide a 2-year warranty for our installation and workmanship.
